In the inspection of MRI require to be paid attention that appliances like oxygen tube, appliance of resuscitation, wheel chair, etc, that having the character of ferromagnetic may not be brought to room of MRI. For the safety, patient obliged wear special clothes and takes off object of ferromagnetic, like: hand watch, lock, ornament of hairpin, store teeth and other. Screening and giving of information with interview, to know do there is something that endanger patient, for example: patient use appliance peacemaker, metal in patient body like IUD, spurious joint, neurostimulator, and clip of aneurism cerebral, and others.

Choosing precise parameter for example, the image of anatomy selected by parameter which is short Repetition Time and Short Echo Time, so that tissue image with high hydrogen concentration will be black. For the image of pathologist selected by parameter which is Long Repetition Time and Long Echo Time, so the image of dilution of cerebra spinals with high hydrogen concentration will be white. For the contrast of image boundary, selected by parameter which is long repetition time and short echo time, so that the image of networks with high hydrogen concentration will be grey.
