Technique of diagnostic:
Preparation
1. Check Ct Scan is ready to use
2. Patient have to eat soft food , lower fiber during 2 day, then drink the salt for colon of cleanness.
3. Pump colon set to put air into Colon.

Inspection procedure
1. Put into patient data, then select program of whole Abdomen We must Explain at inspection procedure to patient, After that Change patient clothes with special clothes so that not there are metal in abdomen area.
2. Positioning patient supine sleep desk with position of feed first, take all hand of above the head , fill air counted ± 40 to 60 until patients feel not good, arrange kolimasi with boundary to the as high as diaphragm and boundary under pubis sympisis. Make topogram , then done abdomen scanning thickly slice 3 - 5 mm.
Then patient with position of prone, make scout ( topogram) , when needed air-pump again, do abdomen scanning thickly 3 - 5 mm. Automatically picture will transferred to CT operator of Console. Patient can alight from bed after canule (pump colon set) released from anus. Then patient passed to exit.
Processing

Process the image in menu 3D, we can turn around the image to get picture of Colon so better and detail. If picture 3D have been got, alter the picture so that get picture of Colon like picture of conventional X-Ray. To pictured like of Colonoscopy, arrange threshold about - 600 to - 900 Using Colonoscopy, will painfulness for patient because we put foreign object into Colon. If we using the CT Colon, patient do not feel anything
Post Processing:
Our 3D of Colon change like picture of Colon with Rontgen conventional. The Advantage of this inspection is to reduce acceptance the radiation worker. We can see picture of Colonoscopy without awaiting internist. Weakness this method is we cannot take for sample inspection of laboratory,
