History of Laparoscopy
In 1901 is the first experimental laparoscopy introduced by Georg Kelling from Germany. Then at 1911 dr. Betram M Beinheim of J. Hopkins introduced minimum accs. surgery to America. Then at 1936 the Boesh of Switzerland performed first laparoscopic sterilization. Then 1977 first laparoscopic appendectomy by DEcok. At 1980 Laparoscopy introduced in United Kingdom. Then fisrt laparoscopic hernia repair by Ger and Philipe Mouret did first laparacopic cholecystectomy. Since then laparascopy surgery expanded to abdominal organ. Since 1996 first live telecast robotic telesurgery.

Definition of laparoscopic Surgery
Action surgery by using camera of fiber optic which is input to cavity of body puncture (10 mm) to trace the source of disease of someone, at the same time lift and take that disease and released from within body through the puncture.
Types of common laparoscopic Surgery
Laparascopy appendectomy, Laparascopy cholecystectomy, Laparascopycolectomy, Laparascopy hysterectomy, Laparascopy bariatic surgery. Now laparoscopic can use for diagnostic disease. For example can use for diagnostic acute abdomen, liver cirrhosis, Malignant ascites.
The advantages
Minimal post pain, early mobilization and discharge, better cosmetic and usefully to diagnostic disease if cannot imaging by MRI, CT Scan etc. In other that, looked from surgery, the advantage is give quality result surgery, minimal invasive and low contamination risk.
Disadvantages
Laparascopy is need more investment medical machine, need special procedure, cannot use for pregnant patient and patient who ever have much surgery in the past time.
